You can stream line between tenants if these utilities stay in your name, and you can keep an eye on usage. many utilities require a deposit so tenants may be discouraged having so many deposits to pay up front.

I've brought up to all the tenants that I'm willing to cover any streaming service that they'd use - Netflix/Amazon/Hulu/etc. - but they didn't budge.For me, the value I offer is being on site to deal with any maintenance IMMEDIATELY.
