That can mean one of several benefits: the buyer can follow through with a purchase without pristine credit history or free to leverage their credit in an additional purchase.

Also, once you find one that will stay awhile, use them to help you find more. 

This was on KSL as well and the sellers were very very motivated.This year I have also purchased two single-family homes that I am rehabbing and both allow for lot splits so I will have a renovated home to sell or rent and a free and clear lot with each one.

As long as they aren't staying every night and there are no parties or other concerning activities.

For me the travel was necessary because I personally wanted to stay in control of the transaction.

The PM could transfer or cancel them or the guests could decide to stay somewhere else once you inform them of the new ownership.

When I travel for a boots-on-tour I NEVER rent a vehicle for this exact reason, I get a taxi(uber) everywhere and I simply talk to them, what good, whats bad, where should I go, where should I stay away from, whats happening, are things getting better, worse, what do you love about area, what do you hate.
