The journey is long but realize that you can continue to add additional properties to your portfolio once you get better and have a focus on cash flow.

Nevertheless, after obsessively scouring information over the last year or so, I’ve finally decided to start the process of documenting my experiences as I journey down the path towards financial freedom.If you are a fan of the BiggerPockets’ Podcasts, you know that many of the successful R.E. investors got their “push” from the book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki.I, too, was motivated by this inspiring book back in about 2003. 

I hope to do well on this new journey of investing.

It can definitely be a rocky start sometimes but it's the journey that keeps me going.

As I continue this journey I seek to bring a great experience to both owners and tenants.

My goal is to find a duplex to begin this journey and grow from there.

I am starting my journey in investing out of state since California is pretty expensive.

I will continue my journey educating myself and making small moves that ultimately support my end goal.
