@Alfredo Limon I'm generally not a fan of selling in Southern CA but if you can sell and purchase something in the location you are moving to, then its not the worst thing in the world.

Consider other southern states with lower entry prices: Alabama and Mississippi for example.

I am based out of the ReeceNichols Liberty office, so I primarily spend my time North of the river, but travel down to the city and southern metro occasionally.Liberty has gone bonkers lately, and very little inventory.
