I enjoy it and it is a great time to learn new things while everyone is sleep and respond to multiple forums.

I would prefer to feel safe sleeping in my own house, and confident that when I move out my tenants are safe as well. 

Just hire a professional and sleep better at night. 

But if it makes people sleep better and they want to spend the money well then god bless them.. but to think this stuff with keep them from being sued totally naïve and have no clue.plus I total agree no way does 90% or 50% of landlords get sued .. other than small claims deposit stuff.. just does not happen..

At completion we had 10 Luxurious Airbnb-Style Suites that could sleep groups of up to 50 guests, NEAT Bourbon Bar (one of the top bourbon bars in the country), a 3,000 sqft Turf Gameyard, and a Private Rooftop Deck.

You can let children cry themselves to sleep, but you cannot let a request from an ALF resident go unattended for one minute at 3:00 in the morning.

Greetings All, I was recently made aware of a class action lawsuit against Equity Trust (see link here) to which one of the more disturbing claims is, that if found guilty they would essentially be considered a NON-qualified retirement vehicle and potentially any investments or rollovers into ETC could be then considered a tax-able event.  

The kids sleep in almost coffin like structures.

Look very cool but not super comfy.I'm very particular about my sleeping and do NOT like memory foam as a topper or bed.

Are there any external noises that could be misinterpreted as intentional disturbances?
