I did so, and he spent hours explaining the sheriff sale process to me, how to search titles, how to check for liens, comp houses in the area, ect..He was very good at it, but he really never had to use it, becasue he had everything given to him.

I have my own agent who does searches and writes offers for me.

But I'm starting to wonder if with new software releases that will allow greater search capability for users, can this stock ever split?
