I get what you are saying here and I've come to respect your opinion on most things real estate since I made that post.I know my intention wasn't to defend wholesaling because it's not something I'm into, It makes more sense to me to just get a license which I have done.  

Most property inspectors that are doing general inspections (this doesn't include detailed HVAC inspections or the like) of the interior and exterior photos, will only charge about $20 max.

Its more engaging than word and more engaging than photos.

In that respect the deal size and volume works for the larger transacting broker versus a 10 unit on it's own and nothing else.

@Doug Smith I’m not sure if this will work for you in your situation, but I sometimes use a motion-activated “trail cam” that takes still photos and/or short videos.
