In addition, the statewide rules give a time limit for a jurisdiction providing a rejection (time line not applying at this time due to Corona) and sets side and rear setbacks at a very small amount (I believe it is 4').Basically the state is making it as easy as they can to add an ADU onto any residential property regardless of the local zoning.I haven't heard that the state has relaxed the 60 day mandatory ADU approval timeline amid covid.

For example, increase the nightly rate based on high demand times that may not correspond with obvious high demand dates like holidays (e.g. festivals or events I’m that area that draw large crowds to that region).Ask specifically what their plan is to rent it out, what kind of occupancy you can expect, what amenities they recommend or require and what you can expect to make in gross proceeds. 

Americans are now more optimistic about the economy than they are about finding a parking spot at the mall during the holiday season.

I have completed evictions in less than 10 days (the longest I've had to wait was 18 days due to court being closed for a holiday). 

A company holiday party would be a business expense.

We are a little over a week into the new year and by now the holiday craze has died down, everything is back to normal, and people are now able to sit down and really focus on those their new year resolutions and goals.

Also, I'm technically retired (from the military) so I should be relaxing a little more.
