The way I keep the interest rates low is this: Banks like Wells Fargo offer teaser rates for the first year which are usually lower than regular mortgages.

not sure if I'm understanding the point of this thread If the point is there's very few places to live where you can work a regular job and own a  house I would completely disagreeOff the top my head I could Name 30 towns in upstate New York where A couple could work blue-collar jobs and Easily afford a home and live in a perfectly safe happy friendly community 

There are a handful of such providers that post regularly to these forums.

As the deals progressed, inspectors and lender's kept asking me if I'm a wholesaler or flipper and they never heard of regular people doing that.

Tim Gordon   We can attest to the scrap metal guys being crazy here too.....two weeks ago, we had replaced an old window in our carriage house apartment and we left it at the curb on regular garbage night.  

Fire extinguishers for example do have to be checked for proper function regularly.

I regularly check in on the threads that have posts showing the progress of various projects, and thought it might be a good if we had a forum dedicated to that, where people can find those posts easily.If you are a builder that is currently documenting your build or would like to do so on future builds, what do you think about having a forum dedicated to that, so that it makes it easy for members to find the threads?

I don't think I can charge for regular maintenance or things I would do normally but I'm charging for repairs needed from damages caused by tenant.
