If you are creating a plan to buy many properties and you want to develop a higher level of presentation then go fo it.

How can I help them with the due diligence process prior to presenting them the deal? 

The Christmas present for my client was that it appraised for $15K above the contract price. 

I'd love to present the owner with a seller finance deal or subject to deal because I have very little of my own capital and I think this is a great candidate for those creative finance strategies.

I think good wholesalers provide value, especially if they are presently investing themselves because they have more understanding about the true cost of renovating, etc.

There is no pitching or formal presentation at our meet ups, just networking!

However, I never want to limit myself and am always open to opportunities that may present themselves along the way.

And obviously I would seek legal assistance with all of this, I just wanted to get some feedback from BP first before presenting my proposal to the property owner or consulting an attorney.  

We are presently searching for a domestic/North American solution that will lower our installation costs and be more readily accessible.

These require us to present them to the bank on the first of the month but they seem to have few problems.
