Definitely want to look at getting the 3 or 4 unit if I can so I'll be as patient as I can be for the right deal.

Just be patient and buy smart (figure out the going dollars per square foot and aim below that.)In central Florida the average selling price of class A properties is probably $135/sf.  

If you are able to compartmentalize, stick to a plan, and be patient, I'd say hold off and invest.
