Ever consider a non-monetary item (cell phone, tablet, etc.)?

After investigating I found the moisture was coming from a HOLE in the tub !

Single family homes seem simplest, but I find myself really interested in small multifamily properties.I'm about 2 weeks into my BP education, and am thrilled to watch the big holes in my knowledge begin to fill with learning!  

Before reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and Set for Life, we had NO idea the financial hole we were digging for ourselves just enjoying life’s pleasures.

Any other advice or hole-poking in our plan is welcomed! 

At least he didn't go upstairs to the bathroom, close the popup drain, stuff a rag down the bathroom lavatory drain overflow hole, and turn on the water just before he left in the middle of the night.Next time, you'll be better prepared.

Poke holes in this plan please, but understand that your holes are going to be used as learning moments to make this a success.

Not a nail hole or carpet stain to be found.

All i can say is you should have had all your questions answered be4 digging holes in the ground.
