My hope is to have one log in, be able to log in to both for basic functionality, and have the TENANTS log in to any of their streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc)So far the experience with the Firestick has been odd.

So, yes this is something that can be done.However, one key difference between those situations and the one you describe is that the roofs were still in functioning order before they got damaged.

The weird thing is that it was a functioning hotel/inn business when we entered escrow and a completely vacant/empty property by the time we cancelled.
