Hey @James Bass, so this does look like more of a resort type of investment vs what we would consider a traditional short term rental.If I was building out some little cabins, I would make them fully self contained.

Local REIA events - These events will normally contain seasoned investors and would be more than happy to refer you to a CPA.

Information contained on the Tax Sale list includes the permanent parcel number, the assessee name, the delinquent tax amount and the state equalized value.

I’m sure the conferences out west contain far more networking opportunities for a more affordable price.
