Ask specific questions, this is your property and you have a right to know what is going on.If he still does not respond, then I think you have to at least call an attorney and make sure that you are proceeding legally (for your state).I would bet @Nathan Gesner would have some ideas on this.....Good luck!

I see real estate agents try to invest in real estate, fail, and then poo-poo the whole idea.

This is an idea and a strategy that I have used in other states. 

Since a condo would be limited in terms of physical changes, think about what services or experiences you could add like grocery shopping (assuming full kitchen), concierge, driving service, eco tours, snorkeling, etc...

Wow Henry, I love that approach.I am just about to get my son on my credit card to start building him a credit score, but the idea of sending your sons to buy stuff and letting them learn life lessons is inspiring! 

Look for the same limits or better and then compare costs.  

NathanHey Nathan,A lot of the private/Hard money lenders that I work with do not require that, so depending on your strategy it shouldn't be an issue.That sounds like great idea though, it could set you up nicely to hopefully save up for a good primary residence.Would love to connect and talk through the strategies financially if you are interested!
