Last year NARPM was doing monthly surveys of their members and they found that well over 90% of the mangers said rent collections were very similar to the previous years level.  

I believe appeals are usually done at the County level in the summer timeframe.

I think what I'll end up doing is move the cable that is going inside the house and putting it somewhere it is not an eye sore (it's eye level and not discreet).

Bigger Pockets Property Insights tool has been useful, even if it's not perfect, it does list known ads, and it indicates the confidence level that it has in its valuation.
