Missing a/c unit, both toilets, kitchen sink( no pun intended ), hot water heater, cabinets, part of the back fence.

If he wants to do a deed at the kitchen table and starts getting worried if you start talking about going to a title company then there might be other liens, judgments or something else involved.

The building itself is in excellent shape with four of the six units fully renovated (new kitchen & bath) within the last two years.

I can rebuild the kitchen and bathrooms, but that shouldn't be more than about $20,000 if I take it easy.

It doesn't look like mold, it almost looks like tar or something.Also it looks like there is some water damage on the overhang from the roof (along with missing gutter) and inside the kitchen ceilings.

Also the recent comps are $240,000 (for a great renovation), $225,000 (for a pretty good rehab....nice kitchen, nice bathrooms, good curb appeal, standard everything else), $190,000 (for average rehab.....basic, cut on finishing materials, etc.).

I am planning a condo kitchen remodel and wanted some advice on whether to install a full size cabinet behind the sink.
