BOTH…1…AND…2… of the above..or no deal.The GURUS, The big wholesale & turnkey rental operations..AND the REIAs have all abandoned the above… ( although years ago this was ..THE… bedrock .. of REI… why would the REIAs stop advocating for the “ minimum of two exit strategies”?

@Jess AzongSo, if Title is held by the LLC and the loan is being issue to the LLC (good job in keeping it clean), the refi should issue the cash to the LLC.
