Will the CU take into account that I am in the process of renovating when they do either an appraisal/valuation?

I suspect most who prefer empty are actively involved in the management side of things like myself.

The rent comes in, I pay the payment and leave the rest in the account to build up for payment coverage, those future repairs, and the day when one of the other tenants decides to retire! 

I am NOT a quitter by any means, but I am reaching out with a small white flag/olivebranch/plea; I have a lot in place, a lot to offer, but I need guidance, support, accountability, college a FRIEND in this industry.
