Does both prices include window tape/flashing/trim interior/exterior?

I realize it's a per case basis, but how often do you guys have to re-paint the interior of your property?  

Your best long-term permanent solution is the interior French drain running into the sump pump along the bottom of the exterior wall that's weeping.

(this rock wool was on the interior ceilings of the house and zero insulation on the exterior walls where I wanted it!)

IF its more than the 200$ that you'd get for sprucing up the interiors then I would leave the 30k put.
