I've heard Robert Kiyosaki say that ideally he would never sell, rather, build equity, refinance and buy more properties.

I do remember that all transactions must be with an attorney in NJ so look into that as well.

The income & asset statements from all the free & clear properties we owned (here) didn't mean anything to them (only the IRS can attach foreign investments :)The first 2 banks balked so we went to a great mortgage broker & had a mortgage with yet another Bank @ 2% higher than the going rate (but I do remember the closing/legal costs were a little high).

And remember to set up your keyword alerts to help find more investors in the area or to get alerts when topics that interest you come up.

I can't remember all of the details about the original RDPD book, but if it says to do some things that are illegal or whatever, I'm sure that I just ignored that part anyway (probably why I can't remember those details).

Its an all peril policy and I dont remember seeing that exclusion in their contract.
