I recently purchased a small farm (1 acre) with a house that we just finished remodeling.

Are they saying that he is now the owner of the house, or did BofA reconvey it to ReconTrust?

I have a renovated house in Arizona suited for residential assisted living (RAL).

I took a 140k house on 5 acres and put 140k into renovations and it appraised for 375k...this took right at 7 months.

So if my bureaucrat-ese is correct that means you can't  use your VA loan as a construction loan.I could be wrong but I talked to a banker the other day about getting a loan to build a duplex to house hack.
