I personally think its in bad taste for someone to respond with "LOL" in the context of the response for someone making a complain.

I'm in an industrial heavy market I'd look at that first and distribution markets.

My advice: thorough research using market tools and local insights, and factor in the added responsibilities and costs of short-term rentals before diving in.

Knoxville has a lot of runway for growth and by picking up 1 each year or 2 is a solid long term play.

Your setup seems pretty solid with the note purchase agreements, but it never hurts to explore new options.

I am responsible for a pretty large mortgage payment and only my employment income to pay my mortgage in all the bills.
