Rents are 20%+ higher for furnished mid term rentals than traditional rentals.

I have a fully furnished home in Superior, WI.  4bd/2ba 2200 sq ftShould I include…..Utilities?  

When the house is furnished its easy for them to picture everything in their mind and feel like it's theirs. 

How do you folks track various expenses (furnishing, food, payroll, local & air transportation, referral fee, licensing fee, repairs/renovation etc.)?

House-hacking offers a classic investment opportunity with less furnishing and management intensity.

However, I have an interest in Furnished Finders. 

Furnished Finder seems to have messed something up, and it hasn't been great for us in a few years.

My furnished SFH in Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean is currently rented and doing well.Once the tenants move out I would like to place MTR and not LTR for a higher rent.

I was thinking about how when I came back from Japan, it would have been nice to have a place to stay for 30-60 days that was furnished and more comfortable than a hotel (especially for families) while finding a home to buy.

To me most of the time the owners are probably charging fair rent when you think about furnishings, utilities, maintenance, yard care, maybe housekeeping, vacancy, management, and any other expenses.
