In 2024, we are seeing rents return nearer to 2019 numbers. 

Hello investors,I have two long term sfh in Cleveland and considering purchase a third one for short term rental.Anyone with experience operating short term rental near hospitals in Cleveland for traveling nurses/ staff /patients that can provide a feedback? 

The city is improving the down town atmosphere and 34652 is a short drive to Pinellas County world class beaches .

I'm an out-of-state investor so using property management in some fashion is a must.

To lower inflation its a two headed monster and the one everyone is ignoring is spending, and someone needs to buy the debt - and based on how much we are spending its leading to higher rates due to the risk. 

For the past month, I've been doing a short term rental for my 1 bedroom apartment in a 3 unit building.

In short, he seemd like a "regular Joe" and he had this laid-back style about him and he explained property ownership in simple terms (I was 24 at the time) for me to understand. 

But since we know the process very well, we are able to 9/10 get rents than these amounts.  

We are embarking on a construction project to build a 6 units onto a piece of land(30 yr fixed loan).  

And the short answer is no…AS LONG AS YOU ARE PAYING ON TIME.
