Account Closed You've obviously had bad experiences dealing with some TK's, but I don't think it's really fair to make blanket statements about all of them...there are good and bad in every industry. 

Its only fair as their time should be compensated.

I took the plunge last year and bid on an auction.com property and it was actually a fairly easy process, just everything is on their timetable, and their attorneys will get the closing statement to you whenever they well please.

The other issue is moving mobile homes is fairly expensive. 

As long as you are abiding by the Fair Housing Act and not making a decision based on any protected class, I think you can ask anything you like (e.g. do you play chess at the grand master level?

Example, bedford texas was 4 days on the market avg, i got my money back in fairly fast time,6% usually was 12%.

Your skills are as a CPA not a realtor so that should be a fairly easy answer, and it is not mandatory to have a real estate related job to invest in real estate. 

I personally like to have multiple units so your risk is mitigated a bit, and to be fair I am a multifamily guy not a commercial investor. 

To be fair, all those predicting doom could very well be right...this year.
