I have my eyes on the current market in Seattle, WA area and am looking to contact a broker in the area.

I am primarily looking for across the board accountability and someone to keep an eye on the big picture for me when I start to veer away from my goals.

Hey Jason, you caught my eye as that’s exactly how I started out 15 years ago...house hacking a home in Bethlehem which became a student rental for Lehigh University.

The catch is that all of the other systems of the home are somewhere between 0-120 years old ---- well beyond the useful life cycle of most things.
