This work for rent sounds bit extreme, but I have definitely heard of legitimate, capable workers who is willing to take a discounted pay for 1) long term, regular job and 2) dree housing.

Really made me take another hard look at my "systems" Because it was clear I was dealing with a tenant who was extremely knowledgeable about the system and not in the "I don't want to be taken advantage of by my landlord" kind of way but more in the "I want to take advantage of my landlord" kind of way.
