You don't need a shed unless you plan on keeping things in there after moving out (like a lawn mower if you plan on mowing the lawn after moving out, tools, supplies etc.).A carport seems excessive (I know it gets hot in Texas but a tenant is more likely to drive into it and knock it over - I wouldn't put anything past tenants).As far as countertops go it depends on what the current counters look like.

Also like some suggested , you not being nice to them or demanding extra details is making them give excess bids.

I am curious if anyone has experienced a sale with gains in excess of $500K with joint owners.

That being the case could my lease have a clause that if any drug use is discovered or I feel that they are drinking to excess, that they can be evicted?

California charges a minimum tax of $800 a year per LLC, and more if you have gross receipts in excess of $250k.

If you have excess income and you want to use it to try to build a nest egg for retirement, rather than spending it, then you probably want to invest in something.

I also have a thing for Home staging and felt it would go hand in hand along with my Realtors license and I really need to hang up my license with a firm before I lose it🙁any suggestions anyone?
