They only thing that I’ve done in the past is call everyday and speak with the supervisor. 

Places like Lowe's have their Pro Desk, and it's busy every day that I go there with my fellow local contractors. 

Then write it down and post it somewhere that you will see it everyday multiple times.  

There should be a cost for the period he's renting and a per diem for every day he stays beyond his move out date - and it should be expensive. 

It’s not easy to leave the comfort of corporate America and the longer you stay the harder it gets but the advantage of multifamily is you can start where you are and build quite a portfolio before you exit but you have to really want to make it happen, be willing to sacrifice your time away from work and get after it every day.

Only gurus believe everyone can be successful with coaching in spite of what all us non-gurus see every day. 

Still new to the investing game but learning a lot everyday.
