If they self eliminate i’ve got my answer and i saved time.Applicants who have always rented have learned how to manipulate LL’s, they can be very convincing while lying like T****.OUT OF state applicants will show you fake photos of a lovely apt they are moving out of.

When that is the case, you buy the property as the marked down value, we then petition FEMA to remove it off the FEMA Flood Map, which removes the flood zone designation, eliminates any lender mandates to purchase flood, and then you can choose to eliminate the flood expense altogether.
