Whether it's a big or small office, you will still have to "eat what you kill" and bring in business on your own by networking. 

I'm running behind schedule now so I'll just have to eat the loss at the moment and continue moving forward.

Many chat utilities will do one, or several of the following:1) order your list of colleagues such that those who are online are at the top of the list; those who are idle are next, followed by "do not disturb" and "offline".2) The background colour and/or text colour used to display a colleague changes depending on their status: e.g. grey - for offline; green - for active; red - for do not disturb; orange - for away, etc.  

If everyone is in favor of downtown my vote is to eat at the gateway Happy Sumo or California Pizza Kitchen.

I would add that if you plan to use the Rental Rehab Program's forgivable loans to fund the rehab, that program has separate and higher standards such as lead abatement which quickly eat up the funds.

A high pressure washer, better if hot water one,,,and "Simple Green' might clean as well as you can get it. 

Without balance it means nothing.My favorite part of yesterday was  seeing my mom at 72 years old eating the pot roast I made for 9 hours in a crock pot and laughing at everyone having a good time opening gifts to each other.

But consider the extra cost to relocate everything, compared to the added value.My guess is the hallway would eat up a bunch a space and leave the rest of the apartment feeling smaller.If it was my money, I would leave it as is.
