The only perspective I would add to the above comments and my personal view on it (which might not be technically the best financial strategy) would be to pay off the debts that are not working as assets.

I only ask, as typically when people say house hacking isn't an option they are limiting their view of what house hacking is.

I assumed that meant in line to be printed (from an accounting view) but I may be wrong.
