My current apartment is AWESOME, but freeing up that extra cash might be a more logical/prudent first step.Looking for some thoughts/guidance from the community.

The community has changed a lot, but is still an amazing place to be and has definite opportunity for investment. 

My question in this post is NOT whether or not one will happen, but rather about what those of us who began our REI journey AFTER the crash can learn from those who experienced it firsthand.So my question is directed to those in the BP community who were involved in real estate during the dark days of 2007-2009.  

Our fingers are tightly crossed, and I'm grateful to have found such a community to bounce things off of! 

Question for the Cincy community is how would you grade these communities?

Step 1:  Buy a townhome in a community where their is a strong HOA                 *Many of my townhouse are in Hunt Midwest Communities, and HOA fees are usually $115-$129/month.                 

Hello BP Folks,New to BP community and looking for insight on BRRRR investment strategy in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia, PA.

We recently bought a 101 rental townhome community in Ohio and we thought we would have that problem so I reached out to ParcelPending.com.

I would think a local community bank would be a good fit if you have your budgets and contractors, etc.Darrin
