If you saw someone stealing from a store, would you tell that person they are stealing, and if they choose to not listen simply let it go and say, “eh, it doesn’t affect me”?

I may steal that expression Scott :)The covid extensions were for time sensitive deadlines that fell between April 1 and July 14th of 2020. 

And please, nothing about how you managed to cheat someone, steal something from someone, broke the law to your great advantage.

Why would anyone want to do this for someone else other than  because all existing PMs are crooked rats.

So when the scammer steals someone's identity and applies, you won't catch it.

Also add watermarks to the photos with your contact info, so if someone steals the images, your contact info is 'locked' on them.

@Steve Babiak  the OP has run into yet another fraud and crook... what they are asking for is for him to spend 2k on an insurance policy that will guarantee the loan gets paid back.... as you and I know that kind of insurance simply does NOT exist.. and its yet again some fraudster.. he will send the 2k for the insurance and never hear from them again.. many times said fraud insurance company is in Thailand or other locations... speaking of Thailand that's were i am at right now LOL.. but vacationing.

Financing does not add value to any property and overpaying steals your future equity being established.

While I manage properties for myself and others, I have had out-of-state managers steal rents, mismanage, etc  That said, even with a nearby property manager managing your properties, prepare to manage the property manager. 

Could be a problem in a house needing a rehab since you are not in title.This "method" has been used by wheeler-dealer operators for people to live in a property and there are ways to simply steal the deal.
