Don't put snap traps in the unit or one will close on the tenents finger or toe and they will go to the emergency room because of your actions.

Hey David,I was born and raised in the area, and open to connecting if you want some advice or have questions.

I know they provide low income housing, but they're also kind of a trap. 

There are hard working people living in these "ghettos" that haven't had the best turns in life and many were born in these communities that they are very proud of.  

A second exit for the basement doesn't matter if you're trapped behind the bedroom door.Will you get caught if you don't have egress?

In fact, I believe there is a federal law (or maybe it's just California) that states the seller cannot dictate which agents the buyer must use if the costs are completely borne by the buyer.

Unless there are tax traps it seems to me that a longer period is better if we really want the tenant to exercise the option.I know that setting a selling price is harder over a greater period of time but purchase price steps can be put in the contract as the time frame extends.

This may help the banks unload unwanted properties to hungry investors but a flat and declining market will trap them in a low return venture that they will soon tire of.

Also, made the rookie mistake of thinking an apartment complex was residential RE taxes, when of course I found out they were Higher Commercial taxes on the 2435 Noble Rd. deal.Those are just a few of the traps a newbie or rookie of Apartment complex can step into.  

Throat to the toilet was clogged with them as well.We will bring our jetter in on some slow drains where we've already check the traps.
