@Ben Leybovich - that's what I was afraid of...The problem is that I have zero interest in getting a job with an investment firm (which appears to be necessary to get sponsorship for the exam).

I told her that's between them, and she is responsible for rent payments and damage as long as she is on the lease.Recently she sent this:"Can he legally change the locks on the house without giving me a key?"

I remember on BP a few years back, BP Ben, he was complaining that his tenants were going to move because he raising rent $30 a month?

I also agree that our congress will not stop the wasteful spending(hell Ben will just print them more money) but I wondered about cuts in programs.
