I personally don’t like attaching equity lines to a primary that you are using for investment, Intetest deductibility can come into question on the heloc under current rules, if something bad happens to the house you are still on the hook for the heloc etc.

I bought a great tool a big Shepard hook that attaches to my leaf blower works great for the lower gutters.Put window well covers on all basement windows.Then buy dirt put around the foundation with fall from the house.Dirk form John Norris has trained me well!!
