To me I am boycotting Dell computers for Dell's part in One West - that was/is a scam through and through.

Trust but always verify.By setting up different check points throughout the buying process, you should be able to have someone catch something if it's a scam. 

I have been dubbed the "wholesale hater" LOL but the fact is I have seen and met several of their victims that were promised their house was sold when in fact they were simply SCAMMED!

Renatus is a scam, and a waste of time and money.I tried them first, when I's getting into real estate.

This feels like a complete scam, the agent I feel was working with the buyers to screw us out of the 22 days they owed for rent.
