Hi,I have a SFR 3bd 2bath home in Las Vegas, Summerlin Adjacent near The Lakes Sahara.  

I also am looking to purchase vacant land, preferably near Auburn or Spring Lake if you ever come across anything. 

I petitioned and won on a SFR personal residence a few years back in Lake county.

@Myka Artis and others have all valid points.I used to consider that vrbo performs better for full house/lake/beach/mountain/luxury/expensive and airbnb more in a yuppy area/urban/smaller condos/cheaper units.

I have my first commercial property under contract in Crystal Lake (North of Chicago), IL and I am looking for recommendations for lenders.

Our drainage experts are doing the best they can with all this rain and moving water from the lakes/reservoirs trying to make the least damage possible but it is just too much water. 

There is a public beach on lake Michigan here, an interurban bIke trail, and freeway access.
