And would this affect me if I decide to stop using them in the future?

Hi all,I recently bought a $1M condo in NYC full cash and plan to buy more real estate properties in the greater NY area by loaning against the condo and repeating it.

As I said in my original post, and several of my responses, I would like her to have a basic understanding of what I am doing as it affects both of our financial futures.

Most accountants I have spoken about this say that I shouldn't worry since the tax money that I'm collecting from a tenant to pay the government doesn't affect my bottom line since it's just taxes. 

After three years you could sell without tax implications if it was your primary residence or you could keep for your portfolio and repeat house hack use by buying your next "rental primary residence" wait another 2 years repeat again.   

Then after one year you can move out and repeat the process.

If the plaintiff is asking the court to decide things that affect lien priority, it could be some time before this property can be sold, regardless of the fact that a sale has been scheduled. 

@Benjamin Papet That is correct, the goal of BRRRR is to get as much of your initial capital out to re-invest into the next BRRRR deal, which is the last "R" repeat. 

I don't know how to account for the way that it would affect property values going forward.
