I love the lifestyle and look forward to moving to our floating home each year.You might want to rent an RV and spend a month living in it before you make a purchase decision just to see if the lifestyle is for you.

When they want to upgrade their life style or need to change location.There is nothing wrong with sending a holiday card thanking your tenant for their loyalty, but I wouldn't do any more than that.

Certain new habits and lifestyle changes in my opinion should be permanent because it just makes sense to leave them in place.

You didn't mention lifestyle unlimited, are you still working with them?

My two cents are that lifestyle design should dictate your (or anyone’s actions) in this regard.If you want to grow, use leverage.
