Anyone who proclaims otherwise is either ill-informed or of ill-intent.People using these forums are looking for some help and when it is about repairs or refurbishing, the information is normally worth considering.

Try to picture a 2x2" stain( ill refer to this as a dot) , now take that dot and multiple by 200 all within an area of about 4'x6'.

Bathrooms and kitchens, Ill spend an extra $300 for a vessel style vanity, intead of a plain "rental" sink and vanity.
