i think it would be better to maybe form a relationship with someone that you trust and talk to through daily ,weekly or however you set it up to look after the properties for you...just my opinion though.....and this is basically from friends of mine that own rentals.....although they say newbies shouldnt get into this kind of investments as problems tend to arise
