From my full time job, I’m also staying on top of developments in the neighborhood, since I live where my company is at and invests in.However, the two biggest worries is that I simply may not have enough time for being an agent.

In my early years I worked assembling commercial land projects for developers some for a few years only for the economy to tank and the project was halted.

Some investors and I are the principal purchasers of a new apartment development in Colorado Springs, CO.

I have land out west that I am going to develop into a summer home, I have a house in the Florida Keys that I built as an owner builder in cash over a period of two years, as well as a house in Miami.

It’s been almost 3 months and while I’ve done a lot of good self development in a few areas, I’ve really gotten nowhere in my goals.

No active development I am aware of. 

I feel stuck with the property manager because there are not many options in this area and they have been able to keep it leased up (with some turnover) Some details about the property:18 Unit / 12- 1bd and 6 - studio C+ property in C ish areaSafe area 500ft away from largest employer in area (hospital)Hospital owns the land in front of my building and behind the building. 

He helps out with the trash and keeps an eye out, so I was cool with leaving him alone while I concentrated on the other units.It was okay till I finished renovating a couple of the other units and created storage and laundry in the basement, where their studio apt is.
