I borrow dollars from the bank and immediately sell those dollars to owners of commercial income property that I want to own.And then I buy those dollars back over time using the cash our tenants pay us in exchange for using our space.I'm currently shorting $10M and I can't lose regardless of who wins on 11/5By the way,Ā the dollar will always decline in value so this thesis is applicable in any election or economic cycle.Go vote for whoever you feel strongest about, but remember you have infinite more power and that which isĀ within your direct control.Ā

The quick good/bad of Section 8:- S8 tenants tend to be rougher on the property (but not always)- Paperwork/inspections/etc. can be burdensome and tough to navigate (especially initially)- People often think FMR rates are guarantee rental rates but that's not the case- Usually the rent isn't 100% subsidized and a lot of people don't realize this- S8 tenants tend to stay a lot longer than cash tenants- Obviously, the guaranteed rent portionOverall, I'm neutral on the program.

Would this just include all LLCs (since all LLCs are corporations), or do they specify an LLC with specific criteria since by corporation they mean non-LLCĀ corporations?
