Women won't buy houses without bathtubs in my part of the world.

As a side note, I had a contractor who was very decently priced with a lot of experience look at replacing an HVAC unit but he kept calling me sweetie and honey and told me that if I got a better quote I just had to call him and "rant and rave like all women do" to get a better quote from him.  

My local meeting base will be InvestClub for Women in Orange County CA. 

Off the top of my head and keeping in mind that we all have standards that may not be strictly legal would you reject some of these :Neck and facial tattoos, single guys, recently separated women, single mothers, welfare, restaurant workers, nationalities know to cook offensive smelling food, smokers, low income immigrants, bikers, tattoo artists, recreational drug users, prostitutes. others.Or based on human rights laws etc. is everyone welcome as long as they pass basic screening standards. 

Our real estate business model is a community development approach.The goal is to take the one or two destabilizing homes in a block and improve the safety, community pride and quality of life for all residents, especially the most under served buyers — women, minorities and families of modest means. 

I do everything according to the law and I can call the local Section 8 chief in to explain how I have gone above and beyond in a couple of cases to place minorities and battered women in our Section 8 housing (at Section 8's request).

Besides - women dig men who are handy.

You may be the most successful investor in the world, but so far, you haven't introduced yourself, no one knows anything about you, and in your 2n't post, you not only critique a very viable strategy with no explanation, but you also demeaned women (since removed).How about we get back on track here . . .

Not because I don't understand the issue of young men making bad decisions about women.
