I understand I have cooperation with the daughter to finalize this transaction as it is ringing up taxes and HOA fee's in her parents names.

He wants to also purchase his own home next year before his wedding, but again has no money for this, actually has a good amount of credit card debt.

The next thing you get then is this faux mortgage insurance and they try to get 3 to 5k out of you for that.. being that your new and all.. and it has just enough ring of truth that folks fall for it..
