Most guys will watch, some will fail at the first impression and very few will buy her a ring.  

Only attorneys are allowed to represent corporations and LLCs  in Florida.Going to be very interesting to watch these cases move forward. 

When they watch you get your hands dirty, you earn their respect and move on from being faceless, out of state dumb money that they can nickel and dime to death at every turn. 

Second, communicate with your tenants and handle the problems as fast as possible so you can go back to watching Banaza or whatever leisurely activity you are doing.

But I've been watching all the games on ESPN, reading the rules, and even reading some books written by Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, and other great players.

Hello everyone, been watching Bigger Pockets for a little while now and decided it's time to begin getting to know the community.

My dad reached out to report the ones that weren't vacant on 8/26, but I guess he didn't watch for a reply and when I went to report today that they weren't vacant and the occupancy form and BPO form were glitchy; I found out the email and contact information were no good.Big sigh!!!

But we do have to remember BP is basically an incubator site but there is plenty of active investors watching etc so there are lots of highly qualified folks as well.
