Cutting corners to save time might seem like a good idea, but it can lead to expensive repairs later on.

The truth is, everything works - and so everything can both be a good investment or a waste of money lol! 

My new tenant was moving in soon, and I didn't have weeks for the granite crew to come and make a template, go back to the shop and cut the granite, etc. 

My only experience is with non-payment of rent, and to me that's very cut and dry.

If you feel their questions are a waste of time then scroll on....and don't waste your own time answering.

If it means hiring local people, (I.e. cleaning, handyman, someone to act on your behalf in an emergency,) then where does that leave you if you’re only in it for a co-lister’s cut?

Especially, when you add the other companies Zillow owns - Hotpads and Trulia.FB Marketplace is almost a waste of time in our Metro Detroit market as 95+% of inquires we never hear back from.

I would mention to them this is not going to cut it in the real world facing an attacker.

Maybe they had to cut through clay soil versus loam, or tunnel under a driveway???
